Working with us

How do you usually work with clients?

We aim for smooth, proactive collaboration. Once we’ve agreed on the scope, we define the routine tasks and responsibilities clearly. You’ll always know what’s expected and when. We typically use secure cloud tools like Microsoft OneDrive and communicate via email or scheduled calls.

You will work directly with one of the two partners – Mika or Mirjan. We believe in personal responsibility and clear communication. You won’t be passed around between anonymous team members.

We work mainly with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs / SMBs), including both Estonian-founded companies and international clients operating in Estonia. Our clients often value professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness.

Yes, many of our clients operate internationally. We support cross-border accounting needs, English-language documentation, and alignment with international financial practices where needed.

Services and scope

We provide bookkeeping, tax reporting, payroll, and financial advisory services tailored to your business needs. For a full overview, see our services page.

Some clients prefer to handle tasks like payments or invoicing themselves, while we take care of the rest. We’re flexible and happy to define a clear division of roles.

Yes, we have experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). If your company requires IFRS-aligned reporting, we can support you.

Tools and collaboration

What software do you work with?

We work daily with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Merit Aktiva, Merit Palk, SimplBooks, and Korto (for housing associations). We also use MS Office tools for planning and reporting.

We use secure cloud-based systems such as Microsoft OneDrive. No third-party portals are required — document sharing is simple and GDPR-compliant.

No. We believe in using straightforward, familiar tools that don’t require you to learn a new system. Email and cloud-sharing work efficiently for most clients.

Reporting and compliance

What are my obligations for tax reporting in Estonia?

Your obligations depend on your business type and tax status. If you’re registered for VAT or employ staff, monthly declarations are required. All companies must file an annual report.

We handle monthly VAT (KMD), employment taxes (TSD), and salary calculations. These are part of our standard bookkeeping and payroll services.

That depends on the agreement. We can offer ongoing support with regular updates, or a simpler end-of-month reporting package — whatever suits your workflow.

Pricing and engagement

How is your pricing structured?

We usually offer fixed monthly packages based on the volume and complexity of your business activities. For small and medium-sized businesses, this provides predictable costs and clear scope.
For larger clients, we can agree on a document-based pricing model that reflects actual workload while keeping the process transparent.

Absolutely. After a short discovery call or email exchange, we’ll provide a no-obligation estimate tailored to your needs.

Mostly fixed monthly pricing. In special cases (e.g. one-time reviews), hourly billing can be arranged.

Language and communication

Do you offer services in English?
